All of the staff at this store are very friendly and go the extra mile to offer excellent customer service and therefore makes every visit to the store a real pleasure for me and encourages me to shop there on a very regular basis. I wish that every company had such nice staff!

Mistral Dartmouth Customer Feedback I spent ages, taking up the changing room, trying to match the outfit. All my discards were whipped away from me to avoid clutter, hung up and even other sizes were fetched from upstairs by the other assistant who was equally helpful. Advice was given about which necklace I should choose and in between the sales work, we had friendly chats. 

Mistral Marlow and Online Customer Feedback The website is excellent. You have lots of lovely things, difficult to choose. Also I should mention I nipped into your Marlow stall this week and the staff were extremely helpful. Sadly they did not have my sizes hence I came home and ordered them online. However it was great trying the clothes on in the shop first.
